1.  Any return must in original condition (being unworn, unwashed and undamaged) and be returned within 14 days of delivery and have the receipt.  If no receipt, owner determines whether exchange will be given or not. If you need to return an items please contact us with your order number at kejyoutique@gmail.com
 

2.  Any merchandise that was damaged in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt.  We urge you to report any problems upon receipt.  Any damage to merchandise not reported within this time frame, will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

3. Returns are processed within 2 weeks and refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 1 week.  Total of 3 weeks to get your refund.
